Shipping Information
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, every day we deliver to customers ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for US order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging, which takes 2–4 days.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. US orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 2 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time
International Orders
- Please be aware that International orders placed without a valid Phone Number could be retained at customs!
- International shipping is $20.00 / $25.00 (depends on location) flat rate via USPS or UPS. (7 to 10 days)
- Please be aware that in some countries UPS is the only shipping method offered.
- When shipped via USPS the tracking number we provide you will show progress information only when the parcel is within the US territory. United State Post Office can't provide Tracking Information on parcels outside of US
- International returns are responsible for return shipping costs.
- TMYOFASHION is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.
